These energy balls are such a treat, a perfect snack when you’re feeling tired.

To make 20 energy balls, you’ll need:

1 cup of dates

1 cup of oats

1/2 cup of almonds

1/2 cups of cashews

1 tbsp vanilla powder

3 tbsp raw cocoa powder

3 tbsp coconut oil – melted

Simply blend all ingredients until the mix forms a sticky dough. Roll into balls and decorate with milled roasted almonds.
