This is literally the best hazelnut praline chocolate I’ve ever eaten! Honestly, after making this you’ll never want to buy ready made chocolate again.

For chocolate base you’ll need:

1/3 cup grated cocoa butter

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/3 cup date syrup

For praline you’ll need:

100g roasted whole hazelnuts

30g maple syrup

This is recipe takes literally 10mins to make, but you’ll need to be quick with the ingredients so start off by hand chopping hazelnuts. Set them aside.

Next melt cocoa butter, when melted add cocoa powder & date syrup whilst stirring continuously. When all ingredients are mixed pour it on a flat plate / cake mould and let it cool.

Whilst the chocolate is cooling, put chopped hazelnuts in a souce pan, add maple syrup and boil it until most of the syrup has disolved and nuts have caramelised. Pour nuts over the chocolate until it’s covered evenly.

Leave the praline chocolate to cool end enjoy as soon as it becomes solid.
