Making fish can seem a bit intimidating, but trust me – this is the simplest salmon recipe ever and it works every time.

You’ll need:

2 salmon fillets

1/2 lemon

2 cloves of garlic – takes off the smell

Rosemary

Salt to season

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C (gas mark 5).

Start off by placing salmon skin down on a baking tray. Then squeeze some lemon juice and add seasoning. 

Slice the garlic and put it on top of the salmon. Finish off by garnishing with rosemary.

Place your salmon in the oven and bake for about 20mins or until fish is no longer pink inside and has started to brown. Voila!
