To make these macaroons you can use the pulp from the almond milk.

You’ll need:

1 cup of wet almond pulp

1/2 cup of dates – soaked, drained & mashed

2 tbsp coconut oil

3 shakes of cinnamon

Mix all ingredients until they form a sticky dough. Scoop batter 1 tablespoon at a time onto a lined baking sheet.

Bake at 5 gas mark for 25 minutes, until golden around the edges.
