8tbsp of raw cocoa powder (I blended raw chocolate nibs),
2 ripe avocados,
4 tbsp chia seeds,
1 cup of ground almonds
150ml natural sweetner (I used date syrup + agave syrup),
2tbsp almond butter & a handful of roasted hazelnuts.
Blend all ingredients together, pour into cupcake moulds & bake for 25mins. Take out of the oven & add chopped almonds. Bake for another 5mins or until nuts start to brown.
