These brownies are simply incredible. So nutritious and delicious, the perfect treat after dinner. 

Base: Take 1 cup of almonds and mill it into a coarse flour. Add 6 tbsp of raw cocoa powder and a zest of 1 orange. In a separate bowl mash half a cup of dates & 6 tbsp of date syrup. Add the mixture to the almond-cocoa flour and mix it until it forms a sticky dough.

Topping: 1 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp date syrup, 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder, juice of half an orange, zest of 1/2 orange and 1 tbsp chia seeds. Mix it together & pour over the cake base.

Keep it in the fridge for 2hrs until the cake sets & grate more orange zest before cutting into small pieces.
